Recovery
When increasing physical activity or managing stress, whether it’s increasing exercise or responding to surprises, recovery becomes more important so that your body can handle the increased demands:
- Sleep
- Mindfulness and Meditation
- Massage and Myofascial Release
- Cold Therapy
- Sauna
- Red-Light Therapy
